coated with a spiced cashew cream sauce 
and baked to tender perfection



Main Course


Murungakka Thanni Saaru

Drumstick and drumstick leaf soup 
cooked with coconut milk, 
chillies and hint of fenugreek,
served with soft cooked tiny rice

Karuvadu Kozhambu

Dried Seer Fish gravy cooked 
with indian eggplant,  curry leaves,
 coconut milk and tomatoes
served with soft cooked tiny rice

Elumbu Kolambu

Goat bones cooked with 2 kinds of dal, 
indian eggplant, tamarind 
and a hint of fenugreek
served with soft cooked tiny rice


Nattu Kozhi Rasam

Country black chicken soup, 
cooked with shallots, pepper, jeera and tomatoes
served with soft cooked tiny rice

Course Pairing


Uppu Kari

Goat cooked tender in a thick sauce
with shallots, green chillies 
and pieces of coconut.
Goes well with Goat Bone Sambar


 Desert


Kavuni Arusi

Black glutinous rice cooked 
with coconut milk
and hint of cardamom
